Meet Kevin

KevinDeeply dedicated to Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco’s (Habitat Greater San Francisco) mission to serve the Bay Area with affordable homeownership opportunities, Kevin knows there are all kinds of ways to make an impact. He has been volunteering at Habitat Greater San Francisco construction sites since our very first Redwood City project—Rolison Road in 2002!

He says, “Volunteering at Habitat gives me an opportunity to give back to the community when I didn’t have the financial means to donate cash.” Kevin decided to ensure that his support for Habitat Greater San Francisco will continue into the future. After getting married, he and his spouse worked with an attorney to set up their will and trust.

Kevin says, “While alive I have not donated financially as much as I would like to Habitat, but I will correct for this in my passing.” Because Kevin’s gift is planned in his estate, he has plenty of financial flexibility with his assets right now, while also having the assurance that he has made arrangements for the future. Kevin’s generosity both as a member of the Generational Impact Legacy Society and as a volunteer is a testament to what we can accomplish when we come together.

Habitat Greater San Francisco is so proud to partner with Kevin and all of our donors and volunteers, as we work to build a more equitable Bay Area through affordable homeownership. Making a planned gift is easy, accessible, and impactful. Whether you have had an estate plan for years, are just starting to plan for the future—or like Kevin—are reviewing your assets after a big life change, you can make a difference right here in the Bay Area by naming Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco in your estate plans!
